Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to REGO. By accessing our website at regostudio.com and placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

REGO is a handmade ceramics studio based in Dubrovnik, Croatia. All products are handcrafted and may vary slightly in appearance, glaze and finish — this is a natural characteristic of handmade work and is not considered a defect.

Products

All of our ceramic products are handmade in small batches in our studio in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Each piece is individually shaped, glazed and decorated by hand, which means that slight variations in colour, texture and size are to be expected and are part of the charm of handmade ceramics.

Product images on our website are as accurate as possible, however due to the handmade nature of our work, the product you receive may differ slightly from the image shown. This is not grounds for a return unless the item is damaged or faulty.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Ordering

By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Once your order has been confirmed and payment received, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you provided.

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative, a refund or an estimated restock date.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods: credit and debit card via Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, and cash on delivery where available. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched, with the exception of cash on delivery orders.

All card payments are processed securely by Stripe. REGO does not store or have access to your full card details at any time. For PayPal payments, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure platform to complete your transaction.

For bank transfer orders, payment details will be provided at checkout. Your order will be held for up to 5 business days while we await payment. If payment is not received within this time, your order may be cancelled.

Shipping

We ship our products across Croatia, the Balkans region, throughout the European Union, and worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

We use a mix of shipping carriers depending on your location and the size of your order. These may include standard post, local couriers and international carriers. We will provide you with a tracking number where available once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. REGO is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services or circumstances beyond our control. For international orders outside the EU, you may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your country — these are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us at help@regostudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your REGO purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. Please contact us at help@regostudio.com before sending any items back to us so we can provide you with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, minor variations in appearance, glaze and finish are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at help@regostudio.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

We take great care in packaging our ceramics to ensure they arrive safely. In the rare event that an item is broken during transit, we will work with you to resolve the situation promptly.

Intellectual Property

All content on regostudio.com including images, text, logos, product designs and graphics is the property of REGO and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

All ceramic designs created by REGO are original works. Any reproduction of our designs without permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product that is the subject of the claim.

We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or viruses. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access to our website at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia.

As a consumer in the European Union, you also have the right to access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr for resolving disputes.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website at regostudio.com/terms-and-conditions. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
