How We Accept Payment

At REGO, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and secure as possible. We offer a range of trusted payment methods to suit customers across Croatia, Europe and worldwide. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

Credit & Debit Card We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All card payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Google Pay Pay quickly and securely using Google Pay at checkout. Available on supported Android devices and Chrome browsers.
PayPal Pay using your PayPal account or guest checkout via PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal's secure platform to complete your payment.
Stripe Stripe is our primary payment processor. All card and digital wallet payments are handled through Stripe's industry-leading secure infrastructure.
Bank Transfer Pay directly via bank transfer. Our bank details will be provided at checkout. Orders are held for up to 5 business days while awaiting payment confirmation.
Cash on Delivery Available for selected delivery areas within Croatia. Payment is made in cash upon receipt of your order. This option will appear at checkout if available for your address.

Currencies

We accept payment in multiple currencies to make purchasing as convenient as possible for our international customers. The currency displayed at checkout will be based on your location. Please see below for the currencies we support:

If your local currency is not listed, your payment will be processed in Euros. Your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion fee — please check with them directly for details.

Payment Security

Your security is our priority. Our website is fully protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which means all data transmitted between your browser and our website is encrypted and cannot be intercepted.

All card payments are processed by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest level of payment security certification available.

REGO never stores your full card number, CVV or banking details on our servers at any time.

PayPal transactions are handled entirely within PayPal's own secure environment.

You will always see a padlock icon in your browser address bar when shopping on regostudio.com, confirming your connection is secure.

When You Are Charged

For credit and debit card, Google Pay, PayPal and Stripe payments, your account is charged at the time of placing your order. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

For bank transfer orders, your order will be held for up to 5 business days while we await receipt of payment. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched within our standard processing time of 1 to 3 business days.

For cash on delivery orders, payment is collected upon delivery of your parcel. No advance payment is required.

Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please check the following before trying again:

Ensure your card details have been entered correctly, including the expiry date and CVV.

Check that your card has sufficient funds or credit available.

Some banks may block international transactions by default — contact your bank to authorise the payment.

Try a different payment method such as PayPal or bank transfer.

If you continue to experience payment issues, please contact us at help@regostudio.com and we will do our best to help you complete your order.

Invoices & Receipts

An order confirmation email is automatically sent to your email address once payment has been received. This serves as your receipt of purchase. If you require a formal invoice for your records, please contact us at help@regostudio.com with your order number and we will issue one for you.

Fraud Prevention

To protect both our customers and our business, all orders are subject to security checks. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe may be fraudulent or placed with stolen payment details. In such cases, we will contact you directly before taking any action.

If you believe your payment details have been used without your authorisation to place an order with REGO, please contact us immediately at help@regostudio.com and we will investigate and assist you.
