How We Ship

Every REGO order is carefully packed by hand in our studio in Dubrovnik, Croatia. We take great care to ensure your ceramics arrive safely, using protective packaging suited to the fragile nature of handmade pieces.

We ship using a mix of carriers depending on your location and the size of your order. These include Croatian Post, local couriers and international shipping partners. We will always choose the most reliable option available for your destination.

Shipping Destinations & Rates

We ship to Croatia, the Balkans region, throughout the European Union, and worldwide. Please see the table below for an overview of our shipping rates and estimated delivery times.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, local postal services and any customs delays. We are not able to guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. During busy periods such as holidays or product launches, processing may take slightly longer. We will always notify you by email if there is an unexpected delay with your order.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays in Croatia will be processed on the next available business day.

Order Tracking

Tracking is available on request. If you would like a tracking number for your order, please contact us at help@regostudio.com after placing your order and we will do our best to provide tracking information where available from our shipping carrier.

Please note that not all shipping methods or destinations support full tracking. For domestic Croatian orders, basic delivery confirmation is available. For international orders, tracking availability may vary depending on the carrier used.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped within Croatia and the European Union, no additional customs duties apply.

For international orders outside the EU, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs.

We are unable to predict or control these charges as they vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order if you are unsure about potential import costs.

Please note that we are legally required to declare the full value of all shipments on customs documentation and cannot mark orders as gifts or undervalue items.

Packaging

We pack every order with care to protect your ceramics during transit. Each piece is individually wrapped and cushioned inside a sturdy outer box. We use packaging materials that are as sustainable as possible while ensuring your order arrives safely.

If you are ordering a gift and would like a handwritten note included, please let us know in the order notes at checkout and we will be happy to include one.

Damaged in Transit

Despite our careful packaging, damage during transit can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at help@regostudio.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

01 Do not discard the packaging — we may need photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item.
02 Email us at help@regostudio.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
03 We will review your case and arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Missing or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check with your local post office or courier as parcels are sometimes held for collection.

If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at help@regostudio.com and we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Once confirmed lost, we will send a replacement order or issue a full refund.

Please note that REGO is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
